Laos, UNODC cooperate for better complaints handling
The State Inspection and Anti-Corruption Authority has met with United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vientiane to share knowledge and experiences on upgrading complaint handling systems.
The two-day workshop on complaints systems which concluded on Friday aimed to provide concrete and practical guidelines for effective complaints handling systems that are based on best international practices. It is hoped they will jointly be able to establish an institutional framework and complaints handling policy and action plan that will help assist in addressing challenges.
